Are ClearPads safe to use?

The main ingredients in ClearPads are popular choices in the dermatology community and poor reactions are quite rare. Avoid any use if you are allergic to the ingredients listed on packaging. We've received 0 reports of poor reactions from ClearPad customers.

How long does shipping take?

We ship every order from our US fulfillment center, located right in New York City. Standard domestic shipping takes 2-3 business days.

How easy are cancels/refunds?

ClearPads were built to make you look great; so if ClearPads don't help your skin, it's on us. Just contact our Happiness Guarantee Team within 100 days of your order and request a refund slip. They'll provide you with a return address and will issue a full refund! To cancel your refills (if you've selected our trial plan), just email hi@getclearpads.com and one of our team members will cancel your refills (don't worry, we only want subscribers who genuinely love their ClearPads)!
